I have tried to argue with verizon about their shittiness when their service goes down. I was asking them about prorating my monthly bill for the days I didnt have service and reimbursing me for lost revenue. They laughed at me and when I told them I would just cancel my service the bitch on the phone literally said "I dont care." Lol. You're telling me we pay 70 bucks a month and I can't even use my fuckin wifi on my phone...?
