Oh god @+plus+ I'm sorry. I used to work front desk / tech support at the university's media workstation lab years ago and dealing with the problems people who were theoretically "smart" came in with was ridiculous. Mostly it was just a reception type job though, direct people to the computer with the equipment they need for whatever, etc. Boring as all hell...
