Ko SprueOne
Extracted a screw from inside my car. I guess the factory tech (robot, I don't know) broke the bit off in the Phillips groove. I thought it was epoxy or something because it was an opaque amber color. Started cutting a straight groove with my file until I notice that it was just dulling the file and not cutting any deeper. Then got the cutoff wheel. It caused a little damage not anything to worry about. Too difficult to hold a camera and carefully grind the small screw at the same time so I included a picture from the internets for effect... SPARKS EFFECT!! SPARKS EFFECT!! 1 1

Every one says this and I pretty much did in the beginning just learn the machines and materials. The work you have to put in to produce things can be exhaustive regardless if its for hobby or industry. Since I have the capabilities, I figured it would be cheaper to trial and error manufacturing my stamps than it is to buy. Easily looking at a few hundred bucks for stamps. Around 400+ with design and set up fees. That's a lot for a stamp. Edited April 26 by ndv 3
ndv
@LUGR what i should do is make a run of a few QRCodes leading to specific topic threads here on the oontz, one of them being the Thick and FAFO. Then get that krink recipe just right and start stamping all over town. 1 1

T4M*
I turned a selfie stick into a car tripod. This is the first setup, Stick is bolted onto the car's antenna and there is a suction cup to keep it stable. It has been field tested and footage has been released in the pies thread. After tests, I wanted to lift the stick more, so I bought brackets, and the lift made a huge difference. Check it out: Before, my car looked like a "lady bug" by people , now the view is waaaaay better. The stick was all the way extended, better car view. I also said I was going to test the new camera before my nap, only took a few pics " I ordered a mini mic (lavalier) and it's going to be mounted by my exhaust pipes to get better car audio, future project. 1
One Man Banned
Recharged my car's ac. Never had need to do so before but easy as doing a paint transfer can to can. Probably saved $150 from having a shop diagnose/fix. 2
LUGR
Yeah, I think I need to give that AC recharge a try too. Did it vastly improve your AC performance?

One Man Banned
4 hours ago, nicklesndimes said: @One Man Banned are you saying you recharged the freon, or some other component of the a/c? if so, can you fill us in at all on the general idea/process? thanks.. 4 hours ago, LUGR said: Yeah, I think I need to give that AC recharge a try too. Did it vastly improve your AC performance? You're refilling the refrigerant, they call it recharging I guess because you are repressurizing in the process. All pretty simple. You can buy a can of refrigerant that comes with the pressure gauge and connector hose and then throw away the can when you're done. Then you'll have those parts for next time and will only need to buy the can from then on. The full set is around a $50 purchase. Your ac has something like a spigot that the hose connects to to read your pressure level, and if it's low you use the can to add refrigerant until the pressure reads at the desired level. It is similar to mixing spray paint. Performance absolutely improved, feeling the chill on what became a 90 degree day, and saved $150-300. The overall flow seemed weak before, and I had already replaced the air filters. I was also getting just a little ac on one side and nothing on the other. Both issues resolved, and when I checked the pressure level first the refrigerant was low so this was the right solution. 2

fat ralphy
I know its not centered to the trim - the old stand alone sink was a POS and its my kids bathroom, so fuck it. Replaced the angle stops and the drain was off center so I had to use a kit. Edited May 26 by fat ralphy 1 1

One Man Banned
Cool @SMdoubleXL, but are you certified? Was just looking at a Hornbeam, like how they shaped those. I blasted dook today. Visited some farm animals. Took a nice nature walk. Shaped some dog behavior, doggo play time. How can I forget, my wang did some wanging. Figured out a simple solution to a problem I was going to spend $ on to fix. 1
