Had a kid ask me about said origins and told him i'd pm a link but can't find shit. Tried searching every variation but i must be way off the mark cause nothing comes up. Such a great mod. lol.

i don't remember this but i will add that it was so awesome that 12oz just defied every subpoena sent their way, forever. detectives were on here trying to get DMs and they just said "Nawww." instagram could never

The neighborhood they bought into was the second last historic house in the neighborhood that hadn't been renovated since it was built. I think they picked the house up for like $150k and put $150k into it. The last historic house in the neighborhood that hadn't had anything done to it was the house next door to them. Diamond Dave moved into that house a few years later. When the market started really going out of control in 2006 diamond Dave put his house up for sale for a million+. Realistically he could have probably gone 800-850k easy. 

 

My parents were already looking to sell their house and move states. If they would have listed at the same time as diamond Dave, they could have easily sold their house for 650-700k. But they didn't list while he was listed. They were hoping that his house sold for a mil and they could have maybe gone 800k for theirs. 

 

But nobody bought diamond Dave's house and by the time he took it off the market the bubble had burst. Worse things could have happened. I think they actually broke even on their house which is better than a lot of people did.

100% accurate. I have several lesser thans that are homies or family who always like to chime in on parenting or having kids talks and all I really wanna do is shout out STFU. Ol might see a kid once a month ass bullshit parenting. The worst are the ones I know who live in the same damn town as their kids and still don’t see them. But talk like they do. Man I hate these niggas. Lol. I live 45/50 minutes away from my kids mom and still have her 3 nights a week.

 hardest fuckin struggle I've ever dealt with.

seems like my mates' kids have all grown up and I'm still dealing with little kids ( obviously I realise the difference in years of birth). They are going to 18th birthdays and high school graduation and my youngest only started school this year. It just seems like decades since they were born.

Co parenting is a bitch. Luckily I have my son 50% of the time but now that he’s 10 he is clearly frustrated having two homes and two lives. I wish I could give him more stability but his mom and I are way too different. Living life broke and always worrying about someone more than yourself is exhausting but I would never change a thing. I love that dude to death.

Woooooo chyld. Seems like we’re in very close boats. The court system when it’s comes to shit like that is fuckin broken amongst every other way. Kids should automatically go to the most stable but the wokeness of gender only goes so far. Stops at the courts unfortunately b. We used to take her oldest when he was like 2 or so and drive him around and splash through big ass puddles to entertain him. Now I'm warning him about wack bitches and he has hairy legs n shit.

chose college in PGH 

I visit enough to make me wanna move but can’t until college is squared away

she doesn’t wanna live in PGH-wanted to live by the beach 

I told her if she wanted to live by the beach she needs to earn ‘live by the beach ‘money’ 

after college. Her and her dude moved to Vegas into an apt we all agreed on so we can all save to move to our destinations. 
 

she got a job dancing in a show in a casino on the strip (Ballys) it was a Motown cover show and she was lead dancer and lead female singer. I’ll post a clip when I can. 
 

after our year lease. She moved to Long Beach we moved to PGH. I get to see her about once a year. We try to talk weekly.  But we share very social media platform so we stay current with eachother. 
 

i put out nothin but winners, boys! Ha. That’s why I stopped at 1.   Seriously. I love my child and she has saved my life on multiple occasions but it is hard muh fuckin work and it’s nothing but sacrifice. Sacrifice. Sacrifice. I got fixed the minute I could. I would never want to do it again alone.  
 She lives in the same county as her dad. We have both ran into him. Literally. On Venice beach. She ran into him once and I, twice.  The first time I approached. The second time I just saw him but wasn’t worth approaching.  I had no idea he was “the king of Venice beach” (was on YouTube at one point ) at the time so he frequented.
 

if I have learned anything about 2 people not agreeing on raising a child is -

-I promise I promise I promise the child will see everyone’s true intentions as they get older. No need to bad talk the other parent. You look petty and it only backfires.
-let your kid know you support them and  show your support REGARDLESS. 

We don’t even wanna mention how he got away with paying 3k in chsup in all them years when it was calculated at 250some odd thousand.
