@nicklesndimes jiu jitsu has fucked up my sciatica - at times it will go away almost entirely, staying active, stretching etc.

Welcome to the club bro. (unfortunately)

Recently I started doing a stretch called the 90 90 stretch. It seems to help with hips and lower back tightness. Check it out if you haven’t already tried it.

This is something that has crossed mind a couple of times but never really given it thought for a discussion.

What is cell phone etiquette vs nosey people that should mind their business?

At some point I think some things should kinda stay in the house unless the user knows for sure no one is around to look over their shoulder to eavesdrop.  But, for the most part I believe anyone can look at what they want at any given time no matter the place and time.  It's called freedom of the press, expression and so forth.  Basically, I may not agree with one's interests but they have a right to indulge in their liberties.

So, my thing is, I believe it's left up to the owner of the devise.  If someone is offered with what they happened to see what you're looking at, it wasn't their business to look at it in the first place.  Somethings should be done in private as an unwritten rule but people are people at times.

Idk it's just something I thought about but never talked about.

Lol. There was this guy that was an in house carpenter for a multi billion dollar insurance restoration company I used to subcontract for. Biggest of the big companies.

Anyway, his Internet got cut off at home, so this fool would spend his lunch break watching porn on his iPad in a jimmy johns parking lot using their free WiFi in the company truck. Like he obviously wasn't shielding it or anything because the company got multiple calls from both customers and JJ employees about his activities.

So maybe don't be watching porn all out in the open in the company truck. That's an unwritten rule.

Unless you're a complete scumbag and then all bets are off.

@cancelculttouristI used to have a monocular night vision. Not sure your intended use but the monos really fuck up your depth perception. They aren't really good for much other than sneaking around and even then, you gotta do that carefully.

I agree with both of you on this.   We all should have public limits, but if someone looking over shoulder and gets offended at the content I am looking at, and they made a comment.  My question would be, are you offened at the content or offended you are not minding your own business?

On another note the difference is,  a few months ago my girl and I got back from eating or shopping, can't remember which.  But anyhow, she lives in a condo where the guest parking is out front and as we are walking g in, I happen to look up at one of the second floor condos as one of residents has an 80" or larger TV on the wall that you can't miss when it's on at night.   Anyhow, at first due to quick camera shots I didn't quite make out what was on, which I may add was none of my business, but the camera switched back to the a scene of a blonde chick been gagged by a black pole.

At first I was caught off guard, and minded my own business, but people go for walks in the evening and pass by the building where the condo faces the main street.  So to my thought, I thought it was kinda irresponsible as a person considering kids may walk by with their parents.

So yeah, I agree, at some point there has to be some kinda responsibility for such content.

Hah. We were kicking it at my SIL crib out in the parking lot drinking with the crew years ago. Some one in the building across the street was clapping cheeks with a lamp on. It was casting a perfect shadow of what was going on on her curtains. Shit was hilarious. We were all out there getting faded cheering on my mans stamina. I guess after they wrapped up she finally opened the curtains to see what all the commotion was and we all erupted in cheers. She instantly closed the curtains and cut the light off.

Ha, similar story.  I was headed out the front door to a shift one evening and dude living across the street was watching lesbian porn on his living room wall mounted TV.

And sure man, fill your boots, but maybe close your blinds.

@Fist 666 that's a smart move.  Props to you!

The lady and I had nice dinner last night, Indian was on the menu, a place called Musaafer if anyone is wondering.  It was excellent, all around. I highly recommend if you have one in your city.  The best way to describe the style and taste, it's the Indian equivalent of Uchi as far as taste and innovation which both places are highly recommended.

@morton  i am on the same page with @LUGR, I haven't celebrated a NYE or any party for over a decade now.

I think I have grown a decipline or perhaps some sorta subconscious tolerance where I tell myself, the only people on the road after 12pm are cops and drunks.  So I am comfortable with hearing muffled bangs and booms in the background for the next hour.

Perhaps, maybe one day, we should have a meet up somewhere in the states or even better,  we can have a three day event something similar to Burning Man where one day it will be at @Schnitzel's house, then second day @morton's and the other Oontzer located in Australia.  @T4M* will be spinning the night away with tracks so bizarre only @MOOGLE?is worthy to MC.

Until then, hope you and had and will have a enjoyable and safe NYE celebration.

Lol. They're birkenstock clogs I've had for about 20 years dating back to my culinary school days. They're definitive comfy as fuck. The soles are about gone, though, sadface.
