crazy how this virus has caused unthinkable shifts in micro-economies.  Wasn't thinking about kitchen fires increasing due to stay home campaign, only makes sense though.

Good to hear business is booming.

Yeah traffic is light here as well, and both business and traffic seem to be getting lighter here consider the added O&G Downturn.

But I can say, I am stay afloat with good paying jobs for now.

But if the recent events keep a steady pace, Houston could potentially experience some serious economic issues.

Save your money brother. I got a heads up from a doctor I did work for months ago before anything was locked down. She said dont worry about stocking up on anything, make sure you have enough saved to pay your bills. She wasnt wrong. Im glad you're still out there gettin it.

Its good to hear that.  Sounds like you have a good Dr there.  For the past year or two building up the capital is what I have focused on.  One of my goals is to pay my bills annually.   I think the annual approach translates to a healthy business and automatically gives me a firmer stride into the following year all while focusing on growth.

Some say location, location, location.

I say capital, capital, capital.

working on sight reading these drill sheets w/ some new voicings

Reason for doing this is to be able to read & play  music on the fly . When you enter a session and the band leader/musical director hands you a chart you’ve never seen/played before - you’re able to sight read the music and play it with others on the spot . I filled each page with completely random chords , so technically an actual song would be easier since you can find the key the tune is in & then identify chord progressions (ii-V-I’s etc)

It’s pretty grueling but I’m gonna get it in this week starting today . 😤👊
