KILZ FILLZ
(CNN)A New Hampshire man killed a coyote with his bare hands Monday after it grabbed his 2-year-old son by his jacket hood and dragged him to the ground. Ian O'Reilly told CNN he had "never harmed an animal so it was a weird experience." After the coyote bit him twice while he tried fending it off, O'Reilly kicked it away and used his body weight to suffocate it while holding its snout shut, he said in an emailed statement. O'Reilly told CNN affiliate WCVB in an interview it took him about 10 minutes to kill the coyote. "I was able to get its head into the snow and get my hand around its snout, so it could no longer bite me," he said. "And then, from there, I was able to suffocate it by using my body weight and scissor-locking it until basically expiring." O'Reilly told CNN affiliate WMUR in a separate interview that he hadn't quite processed what happened, even after the fact. "In the middle of the moment, you're not really thinking or ... recording a whole lot," he said. "You're really just instinct." O'Reilly's son was not injured. https://www.cnn.com/2020/01/21/us/nh-coyote-attacks-trnd/index.html

Hua Guofang
Are Coyotes dangerous to full grown folk? Dingos are dangerous as they travel in packs, even then they will go for kids, haven't heard them attacking adults. One on one they'd be the same as any mid-sized dog.

Hua Guofang
Do they make decent pets? Dingos make pretty good companions, however, you need to have a license for that as there are so few pure bread dingos left.

I grew up with coyotes in my back yard. I’d seen them a few times roaming the woods, and would see their tracks almost daily. Even as a kid/teenager they never fucked with us. I’m sure if they were starving it would be a different story. They’re about the size of a cattle dog. The couple times i had come across a couple of them i would just pull my knife and we’d have a staring contest until the 1-3 coyotes just turned and walked away. Dirty_habiT
Coyotes are definitely not good for pets @Hua Guofang. The reason being is that they're one of those breeds that you can't "train" the wildness out of. Sure, people keep them as pets but it's kind of like Sigfried and Roy trying to keep large cats. Sure it works out ok until the cat decides it has another plan. Coyotes are similar, they may be ok most of the time but they have that crazy streak that will make them do some "wild dog" shit out of nowhere. Same thing with wolves, lynxes, bobcats, etc. Most of those dog/cat type animals that people don't keep in their homes are not kept in homes because it's not safe to. Definitely wouldn't trust any animal like that around a child smaller than the animal, you might come back into the room to the dog/cat having a little human snack. SMdoubleXL
“Am I going to be awake?” was my first question when faced with brain surgery. No. No need. (I don’t have the talents like that) (off topic -these questions in this order) “can I keep it” ”am I able to acquire video of it” “are you shaving my whole head” that Violin video is amazing tho. ⭐️

KILZ FILLZ
@One Man Bannedhere ya go CORCORAN, Calif. — A California prison inmate confessed in a letter that he beat two child molesters to death with a cane while behind bars just hours after his urgent warning to a counselor that he might become violent was ignored, a news report said Thursday. Jonathan Watson, 41, confessed in the letter to the Bay Area News Group in Northern California that he clubbed both men in the head on Jan. 16 at the California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and State Prison in Corcoran. David Bobb, 48, died that day. Graham De Luis-Conti, 62, died three days later at a hospital. Both were serving life sentences for aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14. “We can’t comment on an active investigation,” Dana Simas, spokesman for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, wrote in an email. ADVERTISEMENT Watson is serving a life sentence for a 2009 murder conviction. Days before the attack, he said his security classification was changed and he was transferred from a single-person cell to a lower-security dormitory pod at the Central Valley facility. Watson called the switch a careless mistake and said he had protested the decision. Watson wrote that six days after he arrived at the prison, a child molester moved into the pod. Watson believed the man began taunting other inmates by watching children’s television programming. Watson said in the letter he couldn’t sleep that night “having not done what every instinct told me I should’ve done right then and there.” Two hours before the attacks the next day, Watson told a prison counselor that he urgently needed to be transferred back to higher-level security “before I really [expletive] one of these dudes up,” but the counselor “scoffed and dismissed“ him. ADVERTISEMENT Watson said he returned to his housing pod. “I was mulling it all over when along came Molester #1 and he put his TV right on PBS Kids again,” he wrote, according to the newspaper chain. “But this time, someone else said something to the effect of ‘Is this guy really going to watch this right in front of us?’ and I recall saying, ‘I got this.’ And I picked up the cane and went to work on him.” Watson said he then left the housing pod to find a guard and turn himself in, but on the way, he saw “a known child trafficker, and I figured I’d just do everybody a favor,” Watson wrote. “In for a penny, in for a pound.” Watson said he then told a guard, who didn’t believe him “until he looked around the corner and saw the mess I’d left in the dorm area,” Watson wrote. Watson is in segregated housing while he is under investigation for the killings. He hasn’t been charged. “Being a lifer, I’m in a unique position where I sometimes have access to these people and I have so little to lose,” Watson wrote. “And trust me, we get it, these people are every parent’s worst nightmare.” 3
