And in a departure from the topic of the thread I will share with you my recipe for fried chicken which has won the praise of many and even gotten me laid before. You will need: Chicken, Wondra brand flour, salt, Old Bay seasoning, pepper, olive oil, butter combine flour, some salt, old bay and pepper in a plastic bag you can gauge how much old bay and pepper by the color of the mix. You will want to see the presence of these ingredients without overpowering the mix. Trim excess fat from chicken and shake in bag. In a pan over medium or medium low heat equal parts oil and butter.
