The Japanese government has classified marijuana as a hard drug, right next to this nasty substance called Shabu. The risk of being caught sending any weed into to JP right now is at all time high. Their version of Tobacco/Drugs/Firearms task force has been trying to discourage the young people of Japan from smoking anything that is not Tobacco, at which point they bust all the underage kids for smoking that toxicological mass produced, more expensive then ever crap. It is still grown there locally, despite the harsh penalties. Most of the people involved with its movement are not just moving that drug, but other ones as well - so that adds to the heat. Therefore it is very unlikely anyone from that country would hook up quality herb at a fair price. The price for something that barely passes Mid-Grade quality is about 5 times the price of what most western smokers are accustomed to. You should consider yourself lucky if your able to hook a gram at 100 dollars American. They do have lower grade stress-type weed with nasty stems and shake, but Ive never seen it before. From the Japanese stoners Ive met out there - that what is primarily floating around there, kush can be very hard to come by if you do not have a contact. Your best bet would be to develop a green thumb, find a chill spot and grow your own. Obtaining some seeds or clones is another challenge though. The police drug task force is highly efficient at identifying a cannanbinoid. By that I literally mean they have the technology to view the chemical composition of 1 THC Chrystal which is enough to put you being a locked door. So be careful if you plan on possessing any.
