theprotester
This thread is going crazy once again. Nice work. crispy pork belly/ cauliflower puree/ beetroot salad// fresh caught snapper/ asparagus/ leaves// This one is plated pub lunch style - didn't really have the energy... crumed pork fillet medallion parmigiana style/ avocado puree/ lime// - also a chicken parmi on the left// pesto chicken pasta/ local prosciutto// My real creation territory; shiraz sitting at 18 baume just after a level 1 crush, hitting fermenter// two weeks later, hitting the press// What's for lunch?! IOU
>>>I BOUGHT A MUTHAFUKKIN' FOOD TRUCK<<< We're starting with a pretty big menu but I want to cut it down to 6 Sandwiches, 4 Tacos, Chili, Fries and whatever else sells well. I'll post pix in a month once we're up an running... Hell fucking yeah. I love seeing cats doing things. About the only thing I've learned watching the Food Network is that smaller menus tend to put out better food. Make your own thread for your truck. Can't prop you no more. BTW: I just made an amazing four cheese baked mac n' cheese with bacon and chorizo. I surprised myself to be honest.

BTW: I just made an amazing four cheese baked mac n' cheese with bacon and chorizo. I surprised myself to be honest. Hell yeah. Thanks homie. I am going to hold off on pix til the truck is up and running. I broke the fucking bank on repairs and permits so its not much to look at right now. And I agree, small menus are the ticket. Do fewer items, but do them well... Feels good having a 100% legal venture for once...lol.
