I had some hemp protein powder, and I am baking a yam in the oven, with onions and garlic and lots of spices. I'll probably have half an avocado with it. I only really bother to mess with breakfast lately, so I wake up extra early to make a nice one. Today: Two organic eggs slow cooked in an iron pan, with a little melted cheddar on them, and green onions. Avocado sprinkled with little bits of red bell pepper.
