I couldn't go because my passport expired and i couldn't get it renewed during covid 2k down da drain. Got sucked out way past shore and southward. Then drove up to Houston. South eastern New England shores are straight through till winter but they still go out. I’ve heard of these below zero type wet suits they wear. One of the gnarliest things I've ever seen was the Oahu north shore in mid December, waves were absolutely bonkers and the WSL were in mid season. We spent the better part of an afternoon watching the pros practicing for the next comp and my god, respect.
