I just found some of my marble collection from when I was a kid.

 

Shit was great. I even had names for them, I remember "Sporty" and "Killer".

They were named based on on their use and versatility.

 

Kids these days grow up with the Internet I guess.

Spent a good few months of primary school life digging out marble tracks in the rocks, then racing them. Tazos were dope too. Best years of school easily, haha.

was pogs a game? I was always curious about that. Or are they just collectibles to trade etc...

 

I was already too old for the pogs craze when it hit.

 

If memory serves, you would stack your pogs, then the other person would hit tyhe stack with their slammer, and got to keep whichever ones landed face up.

 

I have madddd pogs and slammers on a shelf in my old room at my parent's crib
