gasfacevictm
This fucking guy was amazing. Most dedicated man who ever lived and YES, he could beat down any person who ever lived. I wish he lived to see MMA. He would have dismantled every single dude consecutively.
metronome
Just finished reading Post Office this morning. Good for some laughs. Recently I read The Lie but chad kultgen, was also good for some laughs but goddamnit is it ever depressing. That dude hates women. Also plugging through For Whom the Bell Tolls. famecrazy
The Sad Tale of the Brothers Grossbart by Jesse Bullington I've only read the first two chapters, so far it is fantastic though. Set in the late 1300's. In the first 2 chapters 1 child has had his throat slit, one woman has had her head caved in by an axe, 5 men have died in various (completely vicious) ways, 3 dogs have been beat to death and 2 horses have been killed. It's this guy's debut novel. Nothing but rave reviews. I actually saw it in the store and grabbed it without reading any reviews on it or anything, which I rarely do. I am very happy with my choice. read this while i was away, pretty fuckin awesome...

SystemFailure
I still need to get this. The quick death descriptions alone make it worth it. Been reading this, I talked with him at a seminar he held in Cincinnati, really cool dude on point with a lot of shit he said.

SystemFailure
I've also been reading this, it is technically a comic/graphic novel but is more like a book series than anything. Really good plot, illustration of course is on point and not child oriented in the least Better than any "crime" book I've read in a good while
vanfullofretards
I've fell off on my reading habits, but I want to get back in.. So what's a good fiction novel I can get hooked on and can read within a week or two?

SystemFailure
Well, H.P. Lovecraft, I'm aware it's a niche genre but most people I have shown it too really dig it. So, This is a very out there book but dudes writing is so fucked up and psychological thrilling

jbrshmonster
I've also been reading this, it is technically a comic/graphic novel but is more like a book series than anything. Really good plot, illustration of course is on point and not child oriented in the least Better than any "crime" book I've read in a good while get the whole series so you can tear through it. i just reread the whole shit in no time. so amazing also reading this that i found on the street. kinda rad
SystemFailure
Oh I plan on it man. I bought one and two on line. They never seem to be in store so I will just order the rest. So, are there scenes of rape and general blasphemy in that book? Or am I taking the art panels and biblical allusion too literally?
vanfullofretards
What kind of genres are you into? I didn't suggest because there are so many damn options Action/adventure I guess? I dont care.. I'll look into whatever is suggested. Thanks!
SystemFailure
Yea man no problamo. Oh for action adventure H.G. Wells War of the Worlds is always good. Well I'm a bit biased since I love all his pieces. Oh and Neal Stephenson's Quicksilver installation apart of the Baroque cycle. This whole series is an epic Adventure. A bit lengthy but I never look at that as a problem

iloveboxcars
only get that book if you are familiar with the original pride and prejudice story as most of the jokes rely on the original story. sense and sensibility and seamonsters is another one in the series.
