50million Posted June 7, 2010 Share Posted June 7, 2010 that chicken was amazing. no oil, no butter, just it's own delicious juices. 1. salt, pepper, and thyme inside and out 2. truss the chicken tight together (tie the legs together super tight) 3. heat at 475 degrees for 25 minutes 4. then heat at 425 for 35-40 more minutes viola! best chicken ever.
