siks6siks Posted March 24, 2011 Share Posted March 24, 2011 lol this fits right in with this thread. so the other day my gf drags me to sit in criminal court with her while she takes some notes for a school paper. so one of the cases was this 20yo kid got caught with hundreds of files of child porn, come to find out he lives right around the corner from my crib. anyway, he said he found the files on limewire and 4chan. they found him from keyword hits like 12yo and pthc, got his ip address and found he was still sharing the files in limewire. then they ended up confiscating all electronics from his parents house and shit. he said he had to dl the files at home because of the strict firewall at his school. he also admitted to downloading child porn since he was 11 years old. so the main point to this story is how crazy it was when the state prosecutor steps up to read the police report, it ends up with the dude reading file names of the videos and shit, so this guy is standing in front of everyone in this court room reading shit like and i quote to the best of my remembrance (12 yo pre teen hard core, pre-teen fucked, self fingering, anal, 5yo sucks dick) dude said it all straight faced and mono tone. so then the prosecutor goes into detail describing the videos. i couldn't fucking believe it. he starts saying shit like this, pre-pubescent teen masturbating her vagina in a bathroom while another pre-pubescent teen rubs what looks like vaseline on her anus. then she is fed chewing gum and is penetrated analy by a like colored penis. i was in awe that they were going this hard in describing this shit. so the kid is up there crying and shaking his head getting completely humiliated, his mom and dad were getting pissed that they were going into such detail. they had to be told to shut up by the bailiff. it was wild. so the prosecutor read a few more file names and described a few more videos in the same manner as above. all in all we found out the kid worked at what one lawyer called a children's clothing store. idk if it was like a babies r us or an aeropostale either way they should have made him quit that shit but i guess they didn't seem he was a threat since he "only acted out in fantasy stage" but how do they think predators and rapists are formed? the kid got no jail time, cant use a computer unless its for work or school. has to requester as a sex offender for 15 years. and he gets to be blown up on her by me. fb http://www.facebook.com/bshep this is from online case search. i was just going to post the link but didn't want to show his address and shit. you can look it up for yourself if you want to send him a christmas card.
