Watching someone land on their head is scary because you hear the crunch and you think of all the possbilities: Instant death, parapalegic, life-long colmatose... In this case you know what's going to happen, like sands in an hourglass, all you can do is count the seconds until he goes unconcious and flatlines. Good fucking job medics.
