i think the fact that you wrote this proves you are not a "real beer drinker".

 

 

No, it means I've been drinking long enough that I was over that trying out all the fancy expensive beer phase a LONG time ago. Porters and black and tans were my shit when I was a youngbuck, but dark beer gets old after a while. Espescially when you drink like I do.

 

Budweiser actually tastes good. It's got it's own taste going on that's different and better than all the other cheap beers.

 

And even when I was into the dark beers, I never liked Guiness. That shit tastes it's got a handfull of black mud and mixed in it.

guiness = "stout"

Newcastle = Ale ( it is called newcastle brown ALE after all)

and bud / pabst etc = lager.

 

and anyway, Heineken is the best.
