Though the favorite use of the H-E_double_LL plus A word was the classic term "hell" (apply southern accent and say hail and you get the picture). Funny story I always thought I would hate small town life when I lived there, but after a few years I appreciated TWIN PEAKS 500% more because I could relate to half the people there because they were backwoods as hell, but they had a weird sense of wisdom to them.
