  1. I also find that super ironic. How the left wants to defund the police but simultaneously wants to push socialism and increase taxes. Neither side knows what they even stand for.

  2. I think the same should be done for drivers licenses. Too many tards out there operating heavy equipment.

  4. I love how people think a civil war would just be civilians of the left and right. Like there’s not a government with various different branches of military and law enforcement outfits that would stomp them both into the ground. I think it was Andy Stumpf who said it on Rogan’s podcast a while ago but it was something like, “there’s a lot of people who have watched their friends die defending the freedoms of this country. If people think they are just going to sit back while it’s torn apart, they are sorely mistaken. It would be very bad for both sides, i’ll say that.”

  5. Oof, it's been a while, and that might not work the way you want it to. That would make it so that you can turn on/off all the lights using the two "all lights" switches, but if you had that second light switch just for the upstairs lights flipped onto hot, you wouldn't be able to turn it off from downstairs. I honestly would need to draw a diagram to figure this out.

  7. Agreed. We should definitely have more in depth vetting while hiring police in this nation so jumpy cops who make mistakes and get scared are no longer around.

  8. I have friends that are cops. They ain't with this shit either and are collecting guns and ammo as much as they can. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

  10. That is honestly a genius headline. Was that a legit article or like an Onion type thing? If that’s real it’s 10x better.

  11. you do realize the police you are defending in the other thread are the people you will be against if a hypothetical civil war were to come about, right?

  12. I hate to sound sexist, but I'm on my Dirty Harry on this one. I think it was an honest mistake on her part, but she should have never been allowed onto the force. Hate to sound sexist, because it's more about the individual here but I feel like standards were probably lowered for her. I mean that's some pretty dumb shit, they carry less lethal on the opposite side, or chest in some departments. Also, just me but I understand the risks involved when fighting/fleeing police and all, but don't think fleeing is something you should consider lethal force (for in most situations). Only caveat to that would be if public safety were at risk, like if an active terrorist/mass shooter, or armed suspect taking shots situation, There are practically no discernible rules of engagement for officers. Enemy combatants are often times given more protections in the form of restraint than our own citizens,

  13. I don’t understand the “outlaw” cosplay that people have but simultaneously stay on their knees to police authority. Cops do it too. Claim this “don’t tread on me/I’m an outlaw” mentality when they police for the state. This world is full of contradictions, i know. But that one is especially ironic to me.

  14. Uh, except one persons mistake left the other person dead. That’s a pretty big fucking “whoopsie.” A “whoopsie” that happens time and again, because these people are on power trips, and demand respect, and are willing to use force to get compliance to THEIR word... ... There’s another group of people who fit that same description, they’re called gangsters. Except they generally go to jail when they murder somebody on camera... Don’t get me wrong, i agree that citizens getting all uppity with cops in personal interactions is almost never a good idea, and almost never ends well, but that doesn’t make a police officers negative actions 100% in the right and never wrong because they are a cop. Just because you failed at your job and a suspect is about to get away from your grasp doesn’t give you the right to just put them in the dirt. This has been stated many times around here in conversations like this, but i’ll throw out there again.. This country was founded on non-compliance.

  15. @Mercer- the collapse you're talking about in regards to unconstitutional gun laws has two exit avenues. compliance or death via civil war. I've made up my mind and prepared for which side of those choices I will be on already

  17. You'll need to purchase a couple of "two way switches" to pull this off. Unlike a normal on/off switch that closes the circuit up when you flip it up (thus turning on the lights), and opens the circuit when you flip it down (thus turning them off) a two way switch is a little more complex. A two way (AKA 3 way) switch has a common terminal, a line one, and a line two. When you flip the switch one way, it closes the circuit between common and line 1, when you flip it the other way it opens up line 1, and closes the circuit between common, and line 2. So you're not really opening and closing a single circuit like on a normal switch. Instead you're deciding if the hot is being sent out to line 1, or line 2 by flipping the switch. 1. Run your neutral directly to the light like you would normally. 2. Take the hot wire coming from your panel, and you put it in the common of one of the switches 3. Connect line 1 from your first switch, to line 2 of the second switch. 4. Connect line 2 from your first switch, to line 1 of your second switch. 5. Connect the common from the second switch to the light. Had to edit for clarity.

  19. Dearest @Mercer, I hope this message finds you well. I have been searching the internet high and low for a specific wiring diagram and was hoping you could help me out. I have a light at the bottom of the staircase and a light at the top. Im am trying to figure out how to run the wiring so that the switch downstairs controls both lights. A switch upstairs that controls both light. A second switch upstairs that controls only the upstairs light. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Yours truely, Mr.Yuck Vice President and client

  20. If the line off thought is that you can do more to advance what matters to you from the outside and by not participating directly I take no issue with that, that's your choice Sure, it's far from perfect but I'm not for the collapse of the system

  21. I'm fighting, taking risks, and sacrificing certain comforts for my beliefs as an Agorist. It's not like normies would respect my actions, just like I don't respect voting. I'm non-violent type revolutionary, and think a violent revolution will just lead to more tyranny. My weapon of choice is counter-economics. Like Sun Tsu said the true art of war is to defeat one's enemies without ever fighting. I don't talk about it much online for obvious reasons, but I'm risking my freedom, or worse, and pursuing paths of higher resistance. Picture U.S.S.R. pre collapse, and how the black market accounted for 60% of the economy eventually bankrupting the Government into non-existence. IMO a goal much more noble than getting behind whatever contrived public persona I identify with most. You can actually participate in improving the world around you, and that doesn't necessarily have to involve participating in government, or politics, and voting for whatever sociopath of the term they decide you're allowed to vote for.

  22. ^^ true. I am just waiting to use my vote as a 'definitely' when we get to vote lining up politicians in front of firing squads.

  23. I don't disagree. Never said it was noble as I def dont think that but I do think participation is important. It's too easy to just say ahh fuck it, it's all a mess so I wont bother. That isn't exactly noble either

  24. Going with the flow is the path of least resistance, AKA the copout. What's so noble about voting? There's no risk, no sacrifice. Just a ritual where the participant is hypnotized into a false sense of control. If you really gave it some thought you'd see it's a waste of time to vote for a politician, if you really want to get things done you buy a politician, and it's literally that simple.

  26. our numbers are no better than anywhere else’s. it’s complete nonsense i’ve got no proof of this but id wager it actually has the opposite effect as everyone crowds stores and public transit right after work so they can get home before curfew. i wouldn’t be at all surprised if it actually helps the virus spread. not to mention people still getting together but just doing so covertly indoors, which we all know is worse than seeing people outside. the real reason is because it appeals to the gov’s base, which in this case happens to be suburban or rural boomers who are in bed by 830pm anyway ( curfew changes fuck all for them ) and punishes the urban‘ selfish young people’ for daring to go outside after dark. boomers love it

  27. @Kultsi thought the same thing when they had a10pm curfew here. Like covid is gonna wait until 10pm to start spreading lol. Having a curfew to combat a virus makes no sense.

  28. Trappist extra is usually only found at the abbey where it’s made; reserved for the monks or visitors. It’s good to have the chance to have it over in the U.K. Covid has allowed my local shop to get some beers in which usually wouldn’t leave the region they’re made in.

  29. Tough taking a board like that for it's first rail slide/street sesh. It's almost like a really hot slut with an interesting personality. You hav to fight the urge to wife her, hold on to her longer, and just give her what she really needs, a good long grind.

  32. I wouldn't expect this to work well if it's just engine degreaser, that stuff is meant to be destructive against grease but not paint or anything else (specifically for that reason, imagine cleaning your engine and half the paint comes out of the engine bay). You might have more luck with brake fluid, brake fluid WILL eat paint. With that said though, I've tried to perfect a brake fluid recipe and it has never worked all that great. The ink fades after like a year and a half in the elements and the stain isn't enough to make it worth it.
