my unmotivation was cleared away by the news of arnold signing this....command taking away the right of inmates to smoke in jail..

i'm not very political at all, but this just ticks me the fuck off..

its like asking for a riot in jails...

    grrrr

i also wanted to hear about laws in other states and the after effects they produced and laws that are being debated over as well.

Whats wrong with that? Who cares what they want, they did something to warrant going to jail/prison so why should they be able to do what they please...

The thing that's retarded about this is that they're never going to stop people from smoking in prisions. This is just going to start a black market prision tobacco market with smuggling and shit.

What they need to do is make jails crime exempt zones, meaning everyhting is legal (and murder encouraged) and just line up guards around the outermost walls and every few days throw a few whole cows in...

Damn, yeah that just seems like he's asking for riots. dudes are locked up...ya gotta give em something otherwise its gonna get really ugly.

just imagine an entire prison being forced to quit smoking at the same time.

I have an idea. It's about an island where we took the DNA of prehistoric animals from dead insects frozen in time and use it to clone the beasts of yesteryear. and we will have tours for people.
    I call it, Cloneasauras Island.

A lot of jails up here are smoke free.
Of course they also think they are
    'black-tar-heroin-free' and 'pound-the-ass-free'
    but somethings go on anyway.

Doesn't it cost like 60K to keep an someone incarcerated per year?
