    my unmotivation was cleared away by the news of arnold signing this....command taking away the right of inmates to smoke in jail..


    i'm not very political at all, but this just ticks me the fuck off..

    its like asking for a riot in jails...

    grrrr



    i also wanted to hear about laws in other states and the after effects they produced and laws that are being debated over as well.

    Whats wrong with that? Who cares what they want, they did something to warrant going to jail/prison so why should they be able to do what they please...

    The thing that's retarded about this is that they're never going to stop people from smoking in prisions. This is just going to start a black market prision tobacco market with smuggling and shit.

    What they need to do is make jails crime exempt zones, meaning everyhting is legal (and murder encouraged) and just line up guards around the outermost walls and every few days throw a few whole cows in...

    not everyone who goes to jail is guilty. This sucks. I would start smoking again if I did time, fo sho.

    when i was in cali in 2003, I registered to vote. those arnold recruiters would register anyone.

    im with johnnylode on this one, i got little sympathy for em. They get better treatment than the bums on the street who try to stay away from crime......only here.

    Most county jails dont allow you to smoke... some dont even have tvs anymore. But i only get dressed in orange.

    I hear prison is different. Havent made it that far though.

    Damn, yeah that just seems like he's asking for riots. dudes are locked up...ya gotta give em something otherwise its gonna get really ugly.

    just imagine an entire prison being forced to quit smoking at the same time.

    I have an idea. It's about an island where we took the DNA of prehistoric animals from dead insects frozen in time and use it to clone the beasts of yesteryear. and we will have tours for people.
    I call it, Cloneasauras Island.

    A lot of jails up here are smoke free.
    Of course they also think they are
    'black-tar-heroin-free' and 'pound-the-ass-free'
    but somethings go on anyway.

    Doesn't it cost like 60K to keep an someone incarcerated per year?
