Full body sweats, lamaze breathing training finally used, lots of, "oh fuck, oh christ, more?!." It was gently eased into the bowl before it eventually started lifting its birther into the air. I'd argue not a drop splashed out. If the birther was male it definitely slapped his ballsack as the tail end dropped.
