perfectprint Posted December 10, 2007 Share Posted December 10, 2007 heres what i have to say about kenny vs spenny ; the premise of the show is a decent idea, but relies heavily on the personalities of the two competitors involved. While i give credit to the canadian version as being the originator, my first exposure was to the english spin-off Ed vs Spencer. Ed and spencer are two easily likable guys and similarly to kenny and spenny you have one who takes the challenges seriously and one who cheats. Kenny and spenny are two wierdo canadians who can be creepy, wierd and just plain gay. granted at this point it is fair to say some may enjoy watching this brand of humor over a more wholesome witty english version, but given the option i wouldnt. i watched a bunch of kenny vs spenny on peekvid about a year ago and have to say i questioned the episode where one of them got fed lsd or some shit by the other and went on a huge trip. i forget what the challenge was, but it ended up being really wierd, pretty funny, but probably faked and scripted.
