That Farmacy brownie is mind boggling to us Aussies, sure, we've made our own, but to see it packaged up like that is insane. Went out for lunch, liked it. Wasn't blown away but the produce was on point. Eye fillet served with ham hock & white bean pie, spinach & smoked pink peppercorn cream Baked parcel of crispy skinned salmon filled with warm goats cheese & macadamia nuts, served with seared barramundi, poached spring onion & marron, finished with a citrus dressing Trio Dessert Plate/ blood orange pannacotta/ tiramisu/ fruit bread and butter pudding// One other thing, how we all feel about taking photos of food at 'fancy' restaurants? I've been doing it for a while now so I don't really care - I got some interesting under breath comments while taking these snaps on my mobile (sorry for quality by the way!).
