MrChupacabra Posted October 26, 2010 Share Posted October 26, 2010 My grandma's lobster bisque is nothing to fuck with. Better than any restaurant bisque i've ever had by a long shot. And always has waaaay more lobster. I don't know the details, but i do know she lets it sit for an extended period of time so the cream gets a ton of the lobster flavor. I'd get a recipe, but I'm pretty sure she doesn't actually have set recipes for any of the food she makes and just does it all to taste. CALIgula Posted October 26, 2010 Share Posted October 26, 2010 family came in from out of town (L.A.), so we all went to cattlemen's steak house...my favorite steakhouse...i got this 2 pound sirloin called "the sheriff".. another favorite spot of mine is a place here in sacramento called the hof brau..its been here for years...extra cut tritip sandwich and extra cut roastbeef sandwich on kaiser rolls with macaroni salad on the side.. from my birthday a couple of months back...met up with my exgirlfriend to share some ice cream from a local ice cream spot called leatherby's (they make the ice cream in the back of the store...pretty cool spot).. more..
