Life is one never ending mental background game of smash or trash and smash is the honest answer more often than not. Despite my general aversion to Ikea I have pretty much talked myself into buying this daybed for the second bedroom in my two bedroom apartment. https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/hemnes-daybed-with-3-drawers-2-mattresses-white-meistervik-firm-s59186119/ There are three different mattress options which make the price go $529, $629 or$ 677 my thought is to go with the cheapest, does anyone have input? I have had it set up as an office/dressing room which I convert with an inflatable mattress when I have company but the room has no flow and is like an afterthought. Ma Dukes on occasion when she in the neighborhood- go the top of the line. Snot nose kid sleeping over and making hella noise - sawdust stuffed garbage bags will suffice. I put together a trundle bed some what like that one for my homegirls twin boys. The boys are psycho and the bed has held up nicely to their punishment.
