Reps weren’t counted. 5x10 225 squat 5x10 315 squat 5x10 225 deadlift 5xfailure 315 deadlift to failure on the deadlifts was below 10. No lower than 5. Wasnt beasting out any monster sets. finished with leg extensions to failure at low weight. Honestly pretty much the only vice I have is my diet…..but I want to get to the point that I can possibly be in. Finally making a doctors appointment about this shoulder injury, need to get back to 100% and I suspect my weight routine and BJJ is keeping it injured. I have a wahoo tickr heart rate monitor paired up here giving the feedback. There’s an option for picking different types of activities & I’m pretty sure the free version offers that.
