Had a nice leg day today

 

lege extensions and hamstring curls to warm up. Reps weren’t counted.

 

5x10 225 squat

5x10 315 squat


5x10 225 deadlift

5xfailure 315 deadlift

 

to failure on the deadlifts was below 10. No lower than 5. Wasnt beasting out any monster sets.

 

finished with leg extensions to failure at low weight. If I was to guess - 20 reps + per set with a squeeze hold on the last one to pump all the blood I could into the quads.

 

legs feel like jello

@nicklesndimes diet is where I am falling off which is not cool for my age bracket. Honestly pretty much the only vice I have is my diet…..but I want to get to the point that I can possibly be in. 

 

In the last 1.5 years I have had two homies die and my cousin stroked out (he is recovering but is fucked up) - I am in the mentality of this life is a gift that can disappear at anytime so might as well get after it while we can.
