Le Creuset, enamel coated cast iron cookware is, in my opinion one of the best investments you can make in the kitchen, Gumbo cooking in the bouillabaisser. The rest of the collection. We have a 12 year old one that is white, this is a very serious flex. We also have an staub. I see cookbooks in there too man come flex the food in here with us.

Me and the wife were talking about trying to eat a lot more vegetables. Hopefully our garden starts hooking us up lol

One Man Banned
Eh. Chicken sausage, spinach, and mushroom, in a tomato basil cream sauce. Should have flicked its predecessor but said fuck it. Originally I made a mix of lobster, shrimp, scallops, and cod in a tomato basil cream sauce with some mushroom and onion. Saved the extra sauce and turned it into the above. 1
Drue_Down
I’m now obsessed with grilling all the kiddos frozen crap, it gives them a nice crispy surface. I also love my yoshi copper matts. I’m eating a ribeye 🥩 that marinated in a Brazilian mix marinade for 24 hours, first time trying it. Real tasty, cooked perfectly the way I like it. Mercer
We're still on our plant based shit, lost 10 pounds of flab over the last couple of weeks with minimal exercise. Broke down after a week and a half and had a burrito though. I was getting angry at small shit after watching Waco on netflix I went into the DMV and was super disgusted by the government employees in there turning people away, and just hanging out not actually working inside an empty DMV. I couldn't get it out of my head how much I hated 3 letter agencies until I ate that burrito then I was back on my thankful/humble vibes. Crazy how much diet can effect mood. Anyway... Moo Shoo Veggies With Tamarind Sauce & Cassava Wraps Roasted Radishes + Turmeric Ginger Bowl Lentil Soup with Coconut Yogurt New York’s Sexiest Salad is the official name for this salad recipe. Wild Mushroom Pasta (We've been unsuccessfully hunting for Morel Mushrooms and bought these shrooms). Southwestern Polenta Casserole Wild Rice + Kimchi Grain Bowl Bean Chili and Vegan Corn Bread Beauty Blend Salad Margarita Spaghetti Squash With Kale Salad. If you've never had Spaghetti Squash look up a recipe or hit me up in here for a recipe, and go fucking buy one. This shit is amazing and was a super awesome lunch flex for less than $5. Maple Sweet Potato With Spicy Chickpeas. Creamy Cauliflower Soup, not that appetizing in looks, but delicious nonetheless. Croutons drenched in a little olive oil. These are all from last week, this weeks gems still on the camera roll and some have been posted on IG. Mercer
Back 2 Back flex, this is from this week. Wrap with Spiced Walnut spread + Grilled Avocado Salsa Caesar Salad with Almond Parmesan Cauliflower and Chia Seeds Crust, Mushroom Margarita Pizza This is tough to pull off because of the crust but this time it was absolute perfection. Beet Tostadas Purple Sticky Rice Curry with Edible Flower Garnish. Strawberry & Coconut Cream Donuts Vegan + Gluten Free The strawberries in the cream were super fresh, and super sweet these donuts were shockingly delicious for how healthy they were. 2

I like this thread, so nice to see what people are whipping up all over the place. It's more than 90% meat dishes though which isn't really relevant to my interests - so seeing this post of yours was well nice, so many great plates, much impressed! You mentioned there's an instagram, could you forward me the adress?

Deine Mudder
@Mercer..no, it's crockery. They really are stunningly beautiful. You can get different funky colurs (and also matte black), but the faded color ones like the one pictured above are really the nicest, the glaze is next level. Google Le Creuset 350ml mug - but beware there's a few different ones, you want the straight, simple shaped one. Thanks for the IG link, appreciate it, will browse for inspiration.. Mercer
@Deine MudderWe're into this small hippie brand out of Asheville/Blue Ridge Mountains North Carolina called East Fork. There's a special type of natural clay that comes from there accord to my wife who's the expert. They make super simple mugs, really thicc sidewalls/handles though which makes them sort of insulated. They've recently slashed prices due to a COVID-19 shut down, everything is on backorder at this point more than 2 months but well worth the wait. I was more curious about that Le Creuset mug because I've had tinware mugs before that I really liked, wasn't sure if they made cast iron like they make cookware. @mortondone got it poppin now. Here'$ the East Fork Shelfie Flex minus whatever's in the dishwasher right now: We collect such weird shit, and have so little electronics (basically a TV, a Sonos, and a 2013 mac Mini lol) that burglars would have no clue where the money is if they ever made it past our 4 legged poop factory. 4

morton
My friend from Honduras asserted that he had never heard the word Pupusas refer to anything other than pussy in his home country. I always wondered if he was fucking with me on that, but he was from one of those islands where they speak Criollo English. 1
T4M*
I can see pupusa being used as pussy, I've seen Salvadorians use it as an insult towards masculinity and weakness. But as far as using it for Vagina, wouldn't be able to keep a straight face. "Let me slide through for your pupusa " 😆
One Man Banned
I've heard similar but w/ the word panocha or panochita. @T4M*I believe proper usage would be more like "I want to slide my bistec in your papusa".

mr.yuck
Psssst. Hey @Merceryou wanna slide me some of those vegan recipes when you get a chance? Mercer
Let me know which dishes and I've got you @mr.yuckI kind of agree with the sentiment that this thread lacks recipes. Flexing still comes first but plenty of room to share recipes. I can say this, during our plant based times we've been heavily influenced by this book: https://www.amazon.com/Eat-Clean-Play-Dirty-Founders-ebook/dp/B07N2NJ714/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=sakara+book&qid=1590432700&sr=8-1 These two women run a food delivery service for rich people in NYC with extra premium salads that was fucking awesome. Costed about 100 a day, or broke down $30-$40 per meal but was well worth it due to the ingredients used, health benefits, and convenience when we both worked more than full time jobs. These meals only cost about $5 to $10 per person if you make them yourself. Many of our current salad/vegan recipes pictured here came from my wife reverse engineering the meals we were getting delivered (that weren't in the book) by looking at the ingredients and figuring it out. Any recipe you want to know about holler and I'll type it out and post it in here. 1
