Really, any indication the officer didn't have the gun at the time. Anyone else shoots someone accidentally (I have no doubt this was an accident) it's "so an so is responsible for shooting..." If a cop does it, god forbid saying a cop shot a seven year old, better say it was his guns clumsy fault. "the officers gun was placed on desk duty pending an investigation" Either way, RIP little girl and hope her family pulls through somehow. Didn't like how the kid was lookin at him so he went home got his clip and dumped it on him. This guy was living with the little girls aunt in the flat upstairs. The little girls dad was the one that drove the guy to kill the 17 year old... Long story short the whole situation is fucked. Its terrible about the little girl but the little girl is like karma played out. Dad drove to go body someone. Didnt throw the clip but he will probably get indicted all the same. Spend the rest of his life in prison. Shit that makes me sick tho. Ok... these folks dont have money, probably dont have any education. Even though i have no doubt that they are sad about their little girl it still makes me sick that they now realize that this constitutes a lawsuit and invariably a mealticket.
