Especially in England where it seems to take over. My old work used to set up a tv and provide crates of beer and unless you were snowed in with work you could just stop working for the afternoon and chill. which is nice in the summer. However, there is a very distinct possibility that I might be getting a job with an airline, in which case, it could prove possible to fly there for cheap. If England get to the final, I might just have to look in to it. With all the unsold tickets right now getting in to games could be crazy cheap. I was in Germany for the entire time of the last one. Didn't actually get in to any games (not for want of trying), but the fan fests they set up were ridiculous. Followed England throughout the whole country, some of the best times of my life. When we finally got eliminated in the QF's, there were over 100,000 England fans in the small town of Gelsenkirchen where we played, and that's not including the 40,000 or so at the actual game. It was on the news that England fans literally drank the town completely dry. It was awesome. I have a shit ton of pictures but I'm too lazy to upload them....
