NightmareOnElmStreet Posted August 5, 2023 Share Posted August 5, 2023 Woooochyld. After several attempts at pork or beef ribs on my pellet grill I finally locked in. Short ribs came out absolutely fire. Can’t wait to try wrapping after the stall next time with the butcher paper. I’ve done probably 6/7 pork ribs with 2 successful cooks imo (others disagree and think they were solid). And 4 beef ribs 2 of which have came out right.
