On school days (class at 12:30) I'm up by no later than 11:45AM. I hit the shower, throw on some clothes, and walk to class. On work days I'm fucking up whenever because I can work whenever. After School Special Posted March 18, 2008 Share Posted March 18, 2008 If I get less than 12, I need to nap during the day. I fall asleep in class and shit if I don't. I don't know if it's evolutionary or what haha, but we will probably live longer considering our bodies get more rest. Studies show that if you sleep less OR more than 7-8 hours a night than you will die sooner than those that sleep the recommended 7-8 hours. That said, I slept 13 hours today.
