We had, smoked salmon, smoked veal (to taste like ham), a corned beef smoked so it became a pastrami, hot dogs (also on the smoker), and some sort of homemade salami loaf. for salads we had: a tabuli salad, Indian style broccoli salad, classic macaroni salad, and standard coleslaw (home made of course).
