Broiled Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon with sauteed mushrooms

 

Whole grain mustard

Honey

Sriracha

Garlic

Dill

Lime Juice

 

Take the salmon, sprinkle dill and squeeze lime juice over it, broil at 500F for 5 mins

Add glaze Broil 3 more mins

 

Enjoy

 

Washing it down with an ice cold cherry wheat ale

Bow tie pasta

Olives

Fresh little tomatoes from Sicily (bought from our tomato man who rocks a Greasy pony tail)

Fresh mozza cheese

Fresh basil

Olive oil

Balsamic vineGar

Um....oh truffle mushroom pate.just a little

and I think that was it.

Whats also rad is that food goes bad so, so much faster here too. Because it's so fresh and yummy.

Back in Canada I can have left overs chillin' in the fridge for like..a couple weeks and they are fine.

Over here bread turns into a rock hard murder weapon after a couple days, veggies only last 3-4 days...

Milk lasts like 30 seconds.
