i have the same issues with sleep due to my job. yet during the school week i go to bed by 330 and up at 730 am with the kiddos when they home. it sucks. perk of never working a real 9 to 5 job. old sleep patterns are terriffic.......

I finally had to disconnect myslef from everything that keeps me awake, turn my phone off, not respond to texts/calls...take a few sleepers, and demand some sleep....in fact i think im gonna try to crawl back in bed and go for another 8 hrs of beauty sleep..i need all the help i can get!
