Pistol
Personally I enjoy El Greco. I like painterly art myself. The colors he uses were great too. What's your favorite non graffiti artists?

I Luv Roo
Sort of in order: Andy Warhol Wayne Theibaud Rob Raushenberg Ralph Steadman and, uh, Damien Hurst (dead cow in fermaldahyde guy) I love Warhol - before I was really into him, I thought he would be an interesting character to learn about, so I read his entire biography, and was just taken in. His life was so interesting, and very strange, not all that glamourous as it seemed, and pretty dreadful at times - he changed the way the mainstream world views artists, for the positive and for the negative. I think I've learned so much about him I could teach a class on just him. Bottom line though, I love his paintings!
