I love this stuff. It takes on flavors quik and it's good for you.

They are good deep fried, stir fried, pan fried, oven baked,

steamed, raw, bbq, scrambled, in soups, in salads, etc...

Silky, firm, pressed, they are all good.

If you haven't tried tofu, you're missing out.

Cut some squares, pan fry in vegetable oil with salt (both sides), dip in a little

shoyu/vinegar mix and enjoy.

I've tried it a few times but can't get into eating tofu.

 

Also I never understood why they make tofu to look like meat?

I saw a pack of tofu hotdogs at the grocery store and to me it seemed a little bizarre.

Why pick a crappy meat product like wieners to imitate.
