The best damn hot sauce! - Tabasco has it's place with certain foods, particularly mayonaise based foods.. and because of the high vingear content, it mixes great with mayonaise itself~ SriRacha is good with doughy foods like noodles.. but extra high on the preservatives.. This stuff, or garlic jelly makes a weird but tasty egg, bacon and cheese sammich after hangovers. I'm also big on Tabasco on most anything.
