The best damn hot sauce!

Tabasco has it's place with certain foods,

particularly mayonaise based foods..

and because of the high vingear content, it mixes great with mayonaise itself~

SriRacha is good with doughy foods like noodles.. but extra high on the preservatives..

SAMBAL OELEK is the real shit... pure peppers~ The SEAsian love slop!

HOmemade is the way to go with the preceeding two~

hell nah you want chile for chiclaquilles make your own it taste better.

nah, homie..El Pato (red or green) is what my family has always used to make Chilaquiles.

the home made chili goes on top for extra kick or you can throw some on the refried beans i serve with it.

damn all this talk about chilaquiles is making me hungry.

I collect hot sauce and this stuff is some of the hottest I've come across that isn't impossible to consume - though it really isn;t pleasant.

This stuff, or garlic jelly makes a weird but tasty egg, bacon and cheese sammich after hangovers. I'm also big on Tabasco on most anything.

i swear by that sirracha shit, it goes on anything. my favorite is putting it on sushi, it kills the fishy taste and replaces it with AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. another cool thing is mixing sriracha with a little mayonaise.

spicy tuna rolls baby.
