theprotester
Steer clear unless money ain't a thing, you will be disappointed with the quality once it's in your hands.
CILONE/SK
They are on amazon deals all the time. Haven't wore a watch in over a year. Actually liked it once I tried it.
Guest
I have an invicta ... It kinda sucks. Makes a lot of creaky, squeaky noises during normal wear. Feels cheap. In other news..... Got my g shock running again. Ordered a battery online and replaced it myself.
yara
Be I'm thinking of getting a new watch sometime in the next few months. Right now, I'm wearing a Fossil watch; nothing special. It does the job, but I definitely need an update, as well as an upgrade. I'm thinking something along the lines of the Dior Christal. Something like this, maybe? Thing is, this would cost me about $3000 Canadian, at least. Anyone want to post up what they're sporting, or what they would like to be sporting? Also, good websites for ordering.. vestal watches are nice
CALIgula
thought about buying a Patek Philippe replica. gotta fake it till you make it.
theprotester
I kind of prefer to buy the cheaper 'inspired by' that hold their own branding; eg Stughling; http://www.amazon.com/b?ie=UTF8&node=2601464011
CALIgula
nice....the prices on those arent bad at all...well except for the one or two over $1,000 pieces.

CALIgula
^nice revolver watch. i had a huge suunto discount through the job i had a couple years ago, never used it though. im actually thinking of buying the new samsung gear fit 2 when it comes out in 4 more days....not really a watch per se, but its kind of half smart watch and half activity tracker so they say. any thoughts? One Man Banned
MEH. I am against any of these "smart" devices that are reporting your info back to the company. And activity tracker? How busy are you, lol? I know a lot of people who use these fitbits to count their steps, etc., kind of feel like it's a sham. Just eat right and do regular exercise.
CALIgula
^sorry i saw this message late....i actually ended up buying the samsung gear fit 2 the 2nd day it came out. I use it to track my workouts at the gym, water intake....steps... calories....amount of sleep etc etc. it was a little pricey but it was worth it to keep track of everything i do. the samsung s-health app helps me keep track of weight, blood pressure, heart rate, etc etc. not bad....but when it craps out i dont think i will invest in another fitness tracker. Boodah
Watch battery died. Been using my phone, but every time I take it out of my pocket, I tend to look at the right side of the screen, and I put it back in my pocket, only to fcuking see that I checked the date, not the time. Beer is catching up to me, at 27.

Guest
My g shock will be about ten years old this Oct and is pretty beat from years of everyday use as a Mechanic. It only really gets used now on painting missions. My Fitbit Charge 2 isn't tough enough for a lot of things I do. Sunnto Core is tough as nails, looks good enough for meetings at work and is sub $150 on Amazon.

delv
Hoping this thread revives. Anyone got suggestions for an automatic watch with NATO strap in about 40-42mm that doesn't cost a fortune? Already got the Seiko sports 5, so keen to go above that if possible.
