i made a thread last week with a link i got from fark and someone said teh same thing. fark is amazing. its a great news site that is constantly updated with real news, funny news, and interesting sites as well. and i think only a handful of 12ozers go there becausefor teh rest its too...

I watched a documentary on Mies

It's strange that he ony built one tower in NY (Seagrams)

but he had dozens in Chicago and more in German and Canada.

who gets to decide this crap. Newpapers and magazines are so full of bull that refuse to read them anymore. If something important happens someone will tell me about it or ill read it on here.

There is no cityscape like Tokyo,

hands down.. Tokyo.. in size and backdrop~ sick

Other noteables..

 

NY NY~ of course, the home of the skyscrpaer

 

Vancouver~ with the moutain back drop

 

Geneva with the mountains and the fountains

 

Osaka has amazing buildings plus the view of the bay surrounded by mountains is crazy

 

Hongkong is wild

and Shanghai surely deserves mention
