One Man Banned
Felt the need to correct myself and add an obvious missing element 1st attempt at a retry and AI just threw ol Harriet's titties out there without me even asking 1
Ko SprueOne
Harriet Tubman 1:35 scale The tall grass was intentionally installed to hide the inaccurate skirt/dress. My, Victorian wardrobe historian/consultant , friend informed me that the skirt I painted her in was from the 1930s-1940s. Not period. Another, gun knowledgeable, friend informed me that the first rifle that I had painted and glued into her hands (3 years ago) was not accurate either. Harriet now holds a more accurate rifle that she's seen holding in most artwork of her. Edited February 29 by Ko SprueOne 3

fat ralphy
Rad. @Ko SprueOneis the Harriet Tubman part of a bigger project or are you just doing historical figures? You must have a pretty big collection.

You must have a pretty big collection. Correct, a historical figure series that I've recently started. Completed already are: Su Tissue and Harriet Tubman. Currently on the bench: Sojourner Truth, Rachel Corrie, and Alice Bag. The 'to-do list' is far too lengthy to list here... 2

Garethm
Just finished my latest. I started out by taking apart one of these things and using the prism inside it to get a kind of ghostly floating head effect. https://i.imgur.com/saAguLG.png You can see the effect in this video where I documented my build process. https://youtu.be/VPwD2ZhzCr8 https://i.imgur.com/OCKtT87.png https://i.imgur.com/EGd2gvS.png https://i.imgur.com/3C4OHZV.png

Ko SprueOne
Repaint for my Homie and his son. This represents a double memorial build for two members of his car club that passed. Each side represents their car. Homie masked the two colors but it bled under. He masked again to paint over the bleed but then it bled the other way under. Three times. He was so over it by then and asked me to just do that part. He knows how to paint and it laid down well but he just used the wrong type of tape to do this. I soaked the body in the purple pond to strip the paint. Then primed and repainted. I solved the problem but you may notice on the right side that I fcked up a little at the door panel line... 1

Finally an Irishman that makes Me proud of the heritage that isn't a smooth as shit talking, alcohol peddling fighter with bad tattoos or Liam Neeson. Because you know what I mean.... I will note that the Steven Seagal video came up in My feed a while back yet I never watched as I thought it was going to be just another stock music track playing along to the diorama build process. How wrong I was with that assumption. Edited May 15 by Mauler5150 Admit to My prior mistake
LUGR
Went to my friends place who builds a lot to check his collection out. He just got back into it pretty heavy and built some cool new display shelves. 3
