With regular police, their coworkers & prosecutors almost never charge them, and if they kill/hurt a taxpayer, it's just other taxpayers that pay for it, not the police. Blasphemy I know, but we don't make them at home with Cheese wiz, and I like the "fake" gourmet type cheese steaks from South Philly's hipster neighborhood.
