Spend the extra cash and get good cheddar. Getting the best you can makes a huge difference. I actually added in the baking part. Smart move. Looks whatever, but it was good. But next time I'm stepping up my salsa game. Maybe a little more complex with the flavors. If anyone has a suggestion for a tasty salsa.. Let me know. The end.
