And veal oscar, with blue swimming crab, 4 cheese mashed potatoes topped with goat cheese crumbles, and steamed asparagus topped with bearnaise left over from the oscar (for me). would have made two of the same, but she doesn't like asparagus or crab, so same breading, different dishes.
