Maybe because more people smoke tobacco and also a way to stretch the bag…? I used to do it all the time as a way to fool myself that I had quite smoking cigarettes. I would def mix Marlboro occasionally, then started carrying a pouch of American Spirit. My friends would get bummed to smoke with me bc I would be fiending for nicotine and mix it super heavy.
