I haven't heard of crack being an issue over here. Overdosing heroin used to be popular, and amphetamine is pretty common among street warriors and such. From what I can gather it has a stigma attached to it the same way people attach a stigma to ice down here. I don't watch much TV, but I know a lot of reality TV shows here were imported from British producers, like America's Got Talent, the dance shows, American Idol, etc. I don't know of any British TV shows or movies. I sometimes get the BBC.
