People have evidence that apple is keeping track of people's location..... http://www.iphone5specs.org/ it might effect the release of iphone 5 kinda makes me think twice about my itouch. Apple was going patent crazy thats why Google bought Moto. Now Google is going after Apple for actually taking design features from android and their phones.
