What happened to all the bomb shelters built back in the 50s and shit? Well as mentioned earlier, get your leatherman (or axe), a jar of peanutbutter, and get under your bed, preferably in a basement, even better in a closet in your basement (if you don't expect flooding that is).... It's a good idea to stay away from windows. Also if you leave some of your windows open it helps the house stay depressurized (something I've always heard helps in these situations).
