Re: looking to buy a multi tool

How come your looking at the bigger ones? why not a swiss army knife style, more compact cheaper, etc.

the skeletool is a little too big. the crucial is like half inch smaller

i'm putting this on my keys so it has to fit in my pocket nice

Re: looking to buy a multi tool

Leatherman Wave, Lifetime warranty. Fits right in your pocket. Quick flip out knife, saw, file etc. Thing is fast. Built strong. I actually use mine too, you never know when you will need a pair of scissors. And I know they are good about warrantying stuff too. I know people that had one a few models back, one thing on it eventually got worn and needed to be replaced, they sent him the newest leatherman.

When shut you get these:

When open you get these:

Thing is strong.

Re: looking to buy a multi tool

that khukri looks like a piece of shit.

i've had really good luck with gerber products, they're also helpful when you want to laser-sharpen your knives (if made by them).

Re: looking to buy a multi tool

Go with Gerber. American made steel at a reasonable price.
